Week 2 Update

Ok, so I only lost a pound this week : (, but with the concert and al, I did alot of cheating, so I can't say I'm surprised! Did my 2 week measurement check today:

Week One Update

OK so seven days down and.......5 POUNDS lost!!!!!!!! It's becoming easier to do this diet thing, especially because I'm seeing results! I also forgot to post my starting measurements, which were 38-36-49. I'll be checking my measurements every 2 weeks, so starting next week's post! Ramping up the cardio this week, gonna start jogging, even though I REALLY hate to run. Post more soon!

Alright so this is me at my current weight of about 192 pounds(eeek!).  The plan consists of low calorie meal replacement shakes 2 meals a day and a low calorie dinner, cardio, resistance weight training and stretching.  Starting next week, it's Zumba every morning as well as squats, lunges, situps, pushups, planks, and stretching every evening.  I'm hungry as hell, as 1 cup of liquid in the morning doesn't do alot to fill you up, but I'm focusing on reminding myself that what I'm eating is all the protien and carbohydrates that my body needs to function, I'm just not used to it coming it such concentrated form!  Actually DREAMED about cupcakes last night, I shit you not!

Well, Here I am!

So, This is my first post, feel kinda stupid!  I've started this blog to chronicle my journey to a healthier me.  As of today, I have resolved to lose 60 pounds, and reach my goal of 130 pounds. I think having someone to be held accountable to will only help me to keep pushing and keep trying I will be posting video journals and pictures of my progress and rants about how much I miss chocolate and pizza!  I thank you in advance for taking this journey with me!
